Terms of service

To order your desired products, select them and add them to your Shopping cart by clicking "Add to cart".

When choosing your yarns, make use of the yarn structure close-up view – to do so, click on the item's image. The colours on the photos can sometimes vary from the actual hue of the yarn. This is dependent on the particular batch of yarn or your monitor/printer calibration.
To view the contents of the shopping cart, click on "Shopping cart" in the upper right corner of the page. In Shopping cart, you can change the quantity of items ordered and, if necessary, cancel the order.
When you have finished choosing your items, click on "Finish order", which takes you to checkout.
Fill in the contact information; the required fields are highlighted. Select the desired shipping option; if you would like to use a parcel terminal, then add a specific terminal location from the drop-down menu.
Lastly, click "Payment processor", and to finalise your order click "Send order". The system forwards you to the desired payment processor page. Follow the on-screen instructions.
A copy of the order receipt is automatically sent to your email address. If you chose "Pay by invoice", an invoice is sent to your email within one working day, which you can use to carry out the payment.

The goods are shipped within 3 working days of the payment settling on the account of OÜ Liann-Lõngad.

Price/Payment

The prices in the catalogue are given in Euros and include value-added tax. OÜ Liann-lõngad reserves the right to change prices without fore-notice.

You can pay for your goods by bank transfer prepayment according to an invoice, by direct online bank transfer, by credit card or by PayPal. Shipping costs are added to the total of the order and may include postage fees or express service fees according to the current prices. 

Transportation

Shipping costs are added to the total of the order and are dependent on the postage service used.

Omniva parcel terminal

The parcel sending fee is €3.20.
Omniva parcel terminals are open 24h and located at various shopping centres.

On arrival of the parcel, you will be sent SMS notification that includes the access code. Therefore, it is necessary to provide us with a working mobile number. Using the access code, you can fetch the parcel from the parcel terminal. The parcel is retained in the parcel terminal for 7 days from the moment of sending the access code to your mobile number.

At the post offices of Estonian Post

The parcel sending fee is 4.20 Euros
The post offices of Estonian Post are located throughout Estonia.

On arrival of the parcel in the post office, you will be notified by SMS. Therefore, it is necessary to provide us with a working mobile number. The notification includes the location of the parcel, the open hours and contact information of the post office and the time that the parcel is retained.  When picking up your parcel, also bring along a valid ID. 

Door-to-door shipping with Ominva express service

The parcel sending fee is €6.30.
By choosing the express courier service, the parcel is delivered to the desired address.
When shipping internationally, the shipping costs depend on the pricing list of Omniva.

Itella SmartPost parcel terminal (www.smartpost.ee)

The parcel sending fee is €3.30.
Itella SmartPOST parcel terminals are located at various shopping centres all over Estonia.
On arrival of the parcel, you will be sent SMS notification that includes the access code. Therefore, it is necessary to provide us with a working mobile number. Using the access code, you can get the parcel from the Itella SmartPost parcel terminal. The process is very user-friendly and all necessary instructions are displayed on-screen. The parcel is retained in the parcel terminal for 7 days starting from the moment of sending the access code to your mobile number.

An order over €50 (not including postage fees and discounts) is shipped free of charge.

Returning goods

It is possible to return unacceptable items within two weeks of receiving the order. We assume that the item has been received within ten working days of the shipping.
All costs associated with returning goods are paid by the customer. The returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
When withdrawing from the contract, the customer is refunded immediately, and the money is deposited on the customer's account no later than 30 days from the moment of withdrawal. 

Additional information

All personal information that is conveyed during visiting and shopping is considered confidential. The seller does not reveal this information to a third party.

Final provisions

In cases that are not addressed by these terms of service, the disputes will be informed by the legislation that is currently in force in the Republic of Estonia. If agreement is not reached, the customer has the right to seek protection from the Estonian Consumer Protection Board. Legal settlement will be informed by the legislation that is currently in force in the Republic of Estonia.
